We all love a sausage in bacon don't we! Our pigs in blankets are our classic pork sausage, wrapped in unsmoked streaky bacon - all done by hand.
What's in me?
Sausage - Pork (70% min), wheat flour, salt, raising agent (E503), calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, stabiliser (E451), flavouring, dextrose, flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E221 sulphur dioxide), spice (white pepper, black pepper), antioxidant (E300), propylene glycol (E1520), spice extract, colour (E120), water.
Bacon - Pork (85%), water, salt, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate)
How am I packed?
I'm put in a biodegradable tray ideal for your fridge or freezer. I am sold fresh, but I'm well chilled before delivery!

We often get asked what weight of meat per person to order – in other words how much meat is needed for a certain number of people, so we have created this easy little guide.
Generally you would allow half a pound per person (225g) of boneless meat or three quarters of a pound (340g) per person of bone in meat. To see exactly how much you need though please refer to the table below:
