Sunday, March 22, 2020: We just wanted to keep everyone up to date on our latest stock situation, and opening hours:
It has been a very busy few days for us.
We closed our doors on Friday after selling out of many products, from beef, to chicken fillets . . . and lots more besides.
We then ended Saturday with very little stock in store after another tremendously busy day, so we need to spend time replenishing our supplies.
As a result, we will be operating reduced opening hours on Monday, March 23. We will be open from 9am until 12 noon, to allow us more time to get out and source fresh stock.
For the time being, our online ordering service is being closed, and we will be restricting the amount which our in-store customers can buy.
To comply with the current rules on social distancing, we will also be limiting the number of customers in store to a maximum of four at any time.
We are in constant contact with our suppliers, and working tirelessly to ensure our stocks are topped up as regularly as possible.
Once we know more about the availability of supplies, we will be opening up special priority sessions for key workers and vulnerable people - more details to follow on that shortly.
Once again, we want to say a huge thanks to all of our customers for their understanding during these difficult times, and reassure you we are doing everything in our power to keep disruption and inconvenience to a minimum.
This is a challenging period for all local independent retailers - we would urge you to do everything you can to show them your support, as we try to get through this.
Thanks to everyone - we will be posting regular updates over the coming days.
