Our home made pork and beef sausage rolls are made using the finest puff pastry, then filled with our classic seasonings.
Available either cooked, in a fold-over bag, or frozen and uncooked in a clear bag, they are a mouthwatering snack at any time of day, or can also make a tasty main meal – they go perfectly with a plate of baked beans, barbecue fries, or maybe a bowl of classic coleslaw.
Picnics, buffets, cheeky party snacks - they pop up everywhere, and can be great with a blob of chutney or pickle.
Why do we love them so much? As it cooks, the fat from the sausage meat seeps into the pastry, giving it that extra flavour . . . delicious!
