Here at G.N. Badley & Sons, our energetic elves are already working tirelessly behind the scenes to make your Christmas wishes come true.

But we want to be up front with you . . . there’s a very good chance that things are likely to be a little bit different this year.

Even Santa and his fleet-footed reindeer can’t guarantee to solve the supply chain issues which are causing problems all around the world right now as a direct result of the pandemic.

Will they be solved in time for Christmas? Who knows. Anyone who tells you they can give a 100% promise there will be no delays in the run-up to Christmas is, quite frankly, pulling the wool over your eyes.

That’s why we’re recommending that it might be worth taking a more cautious approach this year, and not leaving it until the very last minute to collect your meat feast for the festive table.

Yes, of course we will be open as usual in the run-up to Christmas shutdown if you do want to stick to the normal routine – but we’re urging customers to seriously consider being an ‘early bird’ with their turkeys this year, buying early to reduce stress and avoid the risk of disappointment.
