Our homemade pork pie, is made from hot water pastry, pressed then filled with cured pork meat for the ultimate cured pork pie. Once cooked, it is filled with the finest pie jelly. Great as a snack, on a buffet. 

What's in me? 

Pastry: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carobnate, iron, niacim (B3), thiamin (B1)), lard, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), salt, anticaking agent (sodium ferrocyanide), egg

Meat filling: Pork, salt, rusk (wheat flour, calcium carobate, iron, niacim, raising agent (E503)), flavour enhancer (E621), stabiliser (E451), flavouring, spice extract, preservative (E250), humectant (E1520), cayenne pepper

Jelly filling: Beef gelatine (50-70%), salt, gelling agent (E407), flavour enhancer (E621), dextrose, stabiliser (E508), glucose syrup, flavouring, spice extract, herb extract, humectant (E1520)

We often get asked what weight of meat per person to order – in other words how much meat is needed for a certain number of people, so we have created this easy little guide.

Generally you would allow half a pound per person (225g) of boneless meat or three quarters of a pound (340g) per person of bone in meat.  To see exactly how much you need though please refer to the table below:
