Our classic beef sausage, as with all our sausages are homemade in-store by our master butchers using prime cuts of meat and specially selecting spices and flavours.

Beef (70% min), WHEAT flour, salt, raising agent (E503), calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, stabiliser (E451), flavouring, dextrose, flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E221 SULPHUR DIOXIDE), spice (white pepper, black pepper), antioxidant (E300), propylene glycol (E1520), spice extract, colour (E120), water.

I'm put in a clear bag ideal for your fridge or freezer. I am sold fresh, but I'm well chilled before delivery!

Generally you would allow half a pound per person (225g) of boneless meat or three quarters of a pound (340g) per person of bone in meat. To see exactly how much you need though please refer to the table below:
