What is in me?

If uncoated I'm 100% pure beef!
If you ave me peppered, I am 90-95% pure beef with, rusk (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin) salt, raising agent E503), since, slat, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, dried glucose syrup, citric acid E330, herb, colour E160c.

How am I packed?

I'm put in a vacuum bag and sealed ideal for your fridge or freezer. I am sold fresh, but I'm well chilled before delivery!

How much do I need?

We often get asked what weight of meat per person to order – in other words how much meat is needed for a certain number of people, so we have created this easy little guide.

Generally you would allow half a pound per person (225g) of boneless meat or three quarters of a pound (340g) per person of bone in meat.  To see exactly how much you need though please refer to the table below:
