Our classic pork sausage patties, as with all our sausages are homemade in-store by our master butchers using prime cuts of meat and specially selecting spices and flavours. 

Butchers homemade classic pork sausage, with light seasoning are perfect on a muffin or bap. 



What is in me?

Pork (<em>70% min</em>),&nbsp;<strong>wheat</strong> flour, salt, raising agent (E503), calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, stabiliser (E451), flavouring, dextrose, flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E221&nbsp;<strong>sulphur dioxide</strong>), spice (white pepper, black pepper), antioxidant (E300), propylene glycol (E1520), spice extract, colour (E120), water.

We often get asked what weight of meat per person to order – in other words how much meat is needed for a certain number of people, so we have created this easy little guide.

Generally you would allow half a pound per person (225g) of boneless meat or three quarters of a pound (340g) per person of bone in meat.  To see exactly how much you need though please refer to the table below:
